0-1 Exercises for All Families

Besides Zero-time Exercise, another two types of physical exercises are equally fun and rewarding. They are Negative- and Minimal-time Exercises. 0-1 Exercises coupled with healthy eating habits and positive living attitude, can help enhance FAMILY Holistic Health.

There are three types of 0-1 Exercises:

  • Zero-time Exercise: no extra time, money nor equipment is needed;
  • Negative-time Exercise: save your time by performing this kind of physical exercise (for example, increase the stride while walking, or fasten the pace of walking);
  • Minimal-time (1 minute) Exercise: it only takes a small portion of your time (1 minute or less) to perform this kind of physical exercise.

0-1 Exercises are suitable for families of all ages.
